INDIANAPOLIS – For the sixth time in program history, the No. 14 University of North Georgia men’s tennis team clinched a bid to the NCAA Southeast Regional as the No. 7 seed in the tournament. The Nighthawks will travel to Aiken, South Carolina, in the Southeast Regional 2 bracket.

North Georgia will battle No. 5 USC Aiken in the opening round Saturday morning. The winner of that match will take on the winner of third-seeded and No. 6 Wingate vs. sixth-seeded and No. 17 Queens on Sunday morning.

On the other side of the southeast region, the defending national champions, Columbus State, will host fourth-seeded and No. 4 Flagler, fifth-seeded and No. 8 Lander and eighth-seeded and No. 34 Limestone.

Advancing teams from each site will advance to the finals, May 21-24, at Altamonte Springs, Florida. Rollins College and the Greater Orlando Sports Commission will serve as hosts.
