(Cleveland)- White County Public Safety Director David Murphy said Wednesday night at 10:10 p.m. an L.P. gas line was struck by lightning at 641 Adair Mill Road causing a fire near an outdoor utility building, severely damaging the building and also causing some electrical damage inside the home.
Murphy said White County Fire, Mutual aid from City of Cleveland and L.A.C.I. responded. Upon arrival of first units, the homeowner had the fire nearly extinguished.
No injuries were reported.
