Cleveland Huddle House receive #1 Award at franchise meeting in Orlando
Cleveland and Clarkesville franchise owner Rance Reese accepts top franchisee award at Orlando Fl. meeting
(Cleveland)- Huddle House in Cleveland has been rated number one in the nation by Huddle House Inc. Tim Stancil, Cleveland restaurant manager said the selection was made from over 400 Huddle House Franchises around the country. The award was based on sanitation, service, procedures and standards they have and Stancil said customer feedback.
Stancil said, “ we really appreciate the customers in the community here in Cleveland they’ve always been great supporters and they really helped by calling in and letting Huddle House know how we do, they were a big part of us winning it all.”
The award was a total surprise Stancil said ,”we knew we were in the top 7 in the country, but it was a total surprise when they announced the award”, at the annual meeting at Sea World in Orlando, Fl.
Owner Rance Reese was also awarded the Franchisee of The Year. That, Stancil said, “was because of all of the procedures we are doing, Huddle House is trying to incorporate into the whole training system for Huddle House system wide.”
He said, we have a teamwork attitude where everybody helps everybody and that’s a big plus. An additional way they can help enhance that customer service, Stancil said soon they will be able to accept takeout orders online
