(Cleveland)- It was quite cool across northeast Georgia Friday morning, Local News Radio Weather Reporter Bill Kinsland checked with 17 weather stations across the area and the average temperature was 49 degrees, that is 11 degrees cooler than  Thursday morning at 7 AM.

The lowest temperature was 45 degrees at Tallulah Falls, at WRWH we recorded 46 degrees. 

According to Bill none of the weather stations reported rainfall for the 24-hours ending at 7 AM.  Speaking of rainfall in White County the year-to-date rainfall is 43.74 inches, the normal is 29.96 inches, which gives us  13.78 inches of surplus rainfall. 

Bill said White County has received 146% of its normal Year-to-Date rainfall.
