North Georgia Tech Increases Enrollment For Spring Semester

2/27/19 (Clarkesville)- North Georgia Technical College has seen an increase in college-wide enrollment for the spring semester. Enrollment numbers for all three NGTC campuses are up from last year by 2.2%. 2/26/19 (Sautee)- WRWH Weather Reporter Bill Kinsland says we’ve broken all-time records for February when it comes to rainfall.  According to Bill the average year-to-date  rainfall in White County as of Monday was 21.20 inches, that is 9.91 inches above normal for this time of year.  A big part of the surplus came last week when  Cleveland received 6.73 inches …
