Andrea Smith, Water Distribution Operator for the  City of Cleveland Public Works,  advises that Residents and Businesses in these areas will notice the loss of water or water pressure while the line is being repaired.  This notice is required by EPD when water pressure drops below 20 PSI (pounds per square inch).
