(Cleveland)- On Tuesday the City of Cleveland had a water main break at Blalock Mill Road.  To make proper repairs, the City Public Works Department had to shut off the water supply to the line.

This affected  a limited number of City of Cleveland water customers located in the Blalock Mill Road area.

Due to this main break and repair, the City issued a required boil water notice.  The notice is to insure the safety of the drinking water to the city’s customers in the event of the possibility of a contaminant entering the system.

Thursday Andrea Smith, Water Distribution Operator for  the City of Cleveland  Public Works  advised the  EPD has confirmed with the City that all test are clear and the Boil Water Notice has been lifted.
